The 75th Republic Day of India was celebrated with gaiety and patriotic enthusiasm at DDR Group of Colleges, Gurugram. The ceremony commenced with the unfurling of the National Flag and was accompanied by the rendition of the National Anthem. The programme moved forward with an incredible display of a parade by the college students. The energetic performances by the Dramatics Club and the infectious beats of bhangra filled the crowd with great energy and enthusiasm. “Freshers Party” in any college is an event which every student eagerly awaits from their time of admission. Keeping its tradition, the College organizes the Orientation Programme to mark the beginning of new sessions for newcomers to the college. This program also helps to facilitate the freshly admitted students to familiarize them with the College campus and make them interact with their teachers and classmates. 

Teaching is a profession that teaches all other professions. A day is kept aside to remember all the teachers. This day is celebrated in commemoration of Dr. Radhakrishnan, who was a staunch believer of education and was the well-known diplomat, scholar and above all a teacher. To carry forward this tradition, DDR Group of Colleges, Gurugram celebrated this occasion with much vigor and enthusiasm.
